Beacon South Beach Hotel, Miami Beach

The hotel is located right in the heart of South Beach on Ocean Drive, with a great view of the beach. The rooms, although smaller than expected, were clean but lacked changing facilities. The service was helpful and hands-on, but there were issues with linen changing. The dining options were limited with bland choices, and the location made up for some deficiencies with its service-minded staff. Overall, it's a decent stay with some drawbacks to consider.

I stayed at this hotel for a second night and found the free, hot breakfast every morning quite convenient, but the rooms were rather shabby and not really fit for purpose with a very slippery shower floor. The service was exceptional, with a staff that even made everything fun and accommodated my request for a quiet room located at the back of the hotel. The location, right in the heart of South Beach on Ocean Drive, allowed for easy access to the beach and many bars and restaurants, although I had to watch out for people who steal in the area. The dining options could have been better with a more varied and higher-quality selection. Overall, a mixed experience that leaned more towards the positive.

I absolutely loved the hotel's incredible location, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The rooms were comfy and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area. The value for money was fair, but additional charges for Wi-Fi were a bit disappointing.

The service was extremely helpful and polite, always addressing any requests promptly. The dining experience under different management had poor quality and a strong smoke odor; unfortunately, it lacked a good variety of options. Despite this, the hotel provides practical facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay.
